By accessing or using Nxel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Nxel provides AI-assisted tools for resume review, job matching, interview preparation, and career planning. Features and availability may change as the product evolves, particularly during the early access period.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Nxel. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to misuse Nxel, including attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, reverse-engineering the service, or using it to generate content that is fraudulent, misleading, or violates the rights of others.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle you select. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are subject to change with advance notice.

Nxel and its content, features, and underlying technology are owned by Nxel and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the resumes, career data, and content you upload.

Feedback, recommendations, and other content generated by Nxel's AI features are provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed with your own judgment. We do not guarantee specific interview or hiring outcomes.

Nxel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nxel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Nxel if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nxel is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Nxel after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
